Here’s a short but sweet run down of what happened in the MOA arena tonight where THE ZAC EFRON graced us with his presence. Yes, there has to be a THE before his name.
1. The VIP section was not very nice (the pic you’re seeing is already VIP). Penshoppe probably didn’t anticipate that people would actually buy Php 5000 worth of products from them to see The Zac. I think the VIP section was overcrowded. I was able to chat with a couple of them so it was still good.
2. Before The Zac graced the stage, several acts performed. The Crew opened with a really nice performance, followed by a band I don’t recognize (sorry, I work several jobs. I practically live under a rock), then JayR and the UP Pep Squad. JayR was good.
3. The Zac finally came in. Oh, he was so handsome. He also threw his jacket to a lucky fan. I was transported to that moment when I first watched High School Musical. Oh, Troy Bolton.
4. There was a Q&A with Boy Abunda (that lucky, lucky man!), co-facilitated by Andi Manzano. From what I got from the Q&A, he likes Balut, he thinks the Filipinos are amazing, he was a huge prankster back when he was still a kid.
5. The Zac also said that he thinks he wants to move here in the Philippines and I say MOVE IN WITH ME.
6. When he was asked what his type of girl is, he said she might be a Filipino. If it’s not me, then it must be Vanessa Hudgens.
7. And I quote “I met Vanessa right away… my FIRST Filipino girlfriend.” Am I missing something? Was there a second? He also said and I quote “Vanessa and I clicked right away… At the end of the day, it was just me and Vanessa”
8. “I just suddenly had a crush on Vanessa. I was nervous. I didn’t know what I was doing.” #Zanessaforever
9. He also said that maybe his wife is “around here somewhere.” Yep, that’s right. I’m here my love.
10. A lucky girl’s first kiss is Zac Efron. Yes, that happened. No. that’s not me. Yes, I am jealous. But yes, I am happy for her. That girl is now a legend. You go girl! You go!
The night basically ended with some fans meeting him for real. It was randomly drawn and unfortunately, my name was not called. Sad, but I mean, I have to accept the fact that some girls are luckier. (If you go back to the list, you’ll know that I never really win in raffles)
All in all it was a good night. My only problem now is that I don’t know whether or not to tick that off from my list. I’ll get back to you tomorrow regarding that when I’m no longer on a Zac high.
